The Greek Shipping Hall of Fame is pleased to announce that two more prestigious maritime organisations have agreed to sponsor the Greek Shipping Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony & Dinner 2016. <\/span><\/p>

The event, that will take place in Athens during the evening of Monday 4 April 2016 at Megaron, The Athens Concert Hall<\/span><\/strong>, will celebrate Greek shipping and pay tribute to historic personalities who have helped to shape the industry, including the latest Inductees to the Hall of Fame who will be unveiled during the evening. A portion of the event proceeds will be donated to Greek children\u2019s charity, Hellenic Hope. <\/span><\/p>

The <\/strong>American Hellenic Hull Insurance Company<\/span><\/strong> has now confirmed its support as Dinner Sponsor of the occasion. <\/span><\/p>

Ilias Tsakiris, managing director and chief underwriter for American Hellenic, comments: \u201cOur management and the forerunners of American Hellenic Hull Insurance Company have a long history of partnering the Greek shipping industry. <\/p>

The new sponsors join a prestigious line-up of supporters for the Induction Ceremony & Dinner 2016 that are led by ABS, the Liberian Registry and Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co. Ltd.<\/span><\/strong> as Lead Sponsors. <\/span><\/p>

Other previously-announced sponsors include TMS Group<\/span><\/strong>, sponsor of the Welcome Drinks reception. Premium Sponsors so far confirmed are <\/span>Aegean Marine Petroleum, The Baltic Exchange, Bureau Veritas, Matrix Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers, Moore Stephens <\/span><\/strong>and<\/span> <\/span>Thomas Miller.<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/p>
