Athens - April 27, 2015 <\/h5>

The Greek Shipping Hall of Fame\u2019s first Induction Ceremony & Dinner took place on the evening of Monday 27 April at the Hilton Athens.<\/p>

About 650 guests from Greece and overseas enjoyed the Welcome Cocktail Reception followed by a bespoke Induction Ceremony programme which celebrated Greek shipping and paid tribute to historic personalities who have helped to shape the industry. <\/p>

At the centre of the event was the unveiling of the latest Inductees to the Greek Shipping Hall of Fame \u2013 the 2014 Inductees. Our latest Inductees joined the 20 \u2018Greats\u2019 already inducted into the Greek Shipping Hall of Fame. <\/p>

A portion of the proceeds from the event was donated to Hellenic Hope. <\/p>
