Athens - April 8, 2013<\/h5>

The Greek Shipping Hall of Fame has been paying tribute to the greats of Greek shipping since 2007. But early on there was no ceremony marking the creation, and it lacked a home. <\/p>

All that was put right on April 8, 2013 at our Inauguration for 500 guests. Many top personalities from today's shipping world turned out for the ceremony and dinner that was held in the banquet room of the prestigious Megaron, the Athens Concert Hall. The same evening our virtual Hall of Fame was opened on this site.<\/p>
